Olga (Wallach) Buchak, 94, passed away in her home on August 12, 2022, surrounded by her closest family. Born in Ormrod, PA, on September 5th, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Michael (Weila) and Anna (Fir) Wallach. She was the sister of Mary, Katherine, Theodore and Frank. Olga always liked to tell the story of how her mother went into labor at a traveling medicine show, the beginning of her unique life. Olga was the loving wife of Joseph Buchak for over 60 years. He predeceased her in 2013. Their children are Joanne (predeceased), Joseph, Deborah and Brian. They are survived by their grandchildren Stephen (adopted son), Jamie, Maria, Brandon, Dylan and Sarah. Olga and Joe are also survived by their great grandchildren Elizabeth, Luca, Jay, Olivia and Lucy. Olga loved to dance, sing, play games, have fun and take care of her family. She loved to spend time playing cards with her best friends and to travel with her husband Joe. They saw many parts of North America and the world together and often traveled with their good friends Mike and Millie. She loved her family and often volunteered for parent and church groups, PTA, scouting and volunteered to chaperone when her children were in school. Olga was truly an amazing and unique person. She was funny, sweet and kind and always loved her family. She could also be feisty and stubborn, like us all. Her life meant so much to those of us she left behind and we will miss her always.
